CEO, Kelby Bosshardt created this visionary approach of providing proprietary reporting of data of all types including U.S. household demographic data, geo-location data, and consumer spending data, coupled with a customized visitor profile to transform the way communities and businesses drive visitors and consumer results.
Kelby and Matthew (bio’s below) are leading the executive team and have surrounded themselves with capable people who are moving the company forward in innovative and exciting ways.
Prior to forming Better City and See Source, Mr. Godfrey was the Mayor of Ogden, Utah. When he was elected at the age of 29, he was the youngest person in the State’s history to ever be elected Mayor over a major city. During his twelve years in office, the City recruited over $1.2 billion of investment, added almost 1 million square feet of new office space, revitalized over 130 acres of the downtown, and reduced crime by 33%.
Mr. Godfrey lead efforts to recruit over 6,000 jobs and changed Ogden from an old railroad town in decline to the global capital of outdoor recreation. In his last year in office, they led the country in job growth and is ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the top 10 cities to raise a family.
Mr. Godfrey holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business from Weber State University where he also ran track and field and was an NCAA All-American. Matthew and his wife, Monica, have five children and live in Ogden.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bosshardt brings an entrepreneurial and business development perspective to the See Souce team. Mr. Bosshardt created the idea of See Source and was responsible for the amalgamation of the data, reporting and business intelligence platform that have been developed. Previous to working for See Source, he was the COO of Better City and a business development associate in the Commercial Enterprises Office at Utah State University where he managed and led commercialization efforts for a portfolio of university technologies. Mr. Bosshardt has also worked as a research assistant in an X-ray crystallography lab where he was awarded an American Heart Association Research Fellowship and was co-founder and CEO of a personal care products company.
Mr. Bosshardt graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University with a BS in Biochemistry and an MBA.
Kelby loves living in Ogden where he has easy access to the outdoors where he spends time with his wife and children.
